Shou-kunn of JMS (2nd person to hit level 200) has insane HP and MP AND money (this is his second Night Lord character)...

Those red circles in his inventory are Gachapon stamps that you get when you buy Gach tickets.

The last picture is him trading in 300 Gach tickets for a Chaos scroll dozens of times... x_x

You trade them in to the Event Guide (Maple Admin) and you can get 'prizes' back. 350 Gachapon Stamps = 1 Chaos Scroll, which is currently worth around $200 ~ $300 NX-wise in JMS right now.

There's also a medal that you can get if you're the one in your server that turns in the most Gachapon Stamps, which gives you 5 times drop rates until either the end of the month comes or until someone turns in more stamps than you.
