can anyone help me plz. really desperate

~ today i logged on ms 4 times all fine and dandy.

~i go to fm to look for a spot to set up my shop.

~i go to ch 1 fm 4 in broa. and i fall in everyone is laggin except for me.

~some hacker is just spamming @@@@@@@ like 1000 times a second

he stops and goes "you didnt dc."
alright now u will.
~so i d/c. i try to enter in my pw and it says wrong like till i get blocked.

i go to the nexon website, to change my pw.
so i did the forgot PW thing.
i checked temporary and it got sent to my email. i
log in successfully with that to the website.
but how do you change the pw?
every time i try its wrong. what do you have to do.

the fm lager doesn't kno my info.
its just like my pw is messed up. i cant even log on ms with the temporary 1 nexon sent me.
i didn't get any email or nothing about changed pws.
but now i cant chage my pw or log on to the game. some 1 help :[.

Okay. You login to the MapleGlobal website. Then you hit "info," which is on the left, right next to your avatar. Hit "Edit Account Info," which is a purple button with a pencil on it. Then enter your last name and birthday information, and hit "Proceed." You should be able to do your stuff, now.

there is a major flaw in their system.

The only thing I can say is either email a ticket and/or post on their forums.

In regards to the d/cer, they are becoming more common. Happened to me in Henesys a few days back. I just saw the guy for half a second and then I was frozen for like two minutes. I somehow survived, but my friend who was there too d/c'd. She got back on a minute later, so I doubt the spammers had to do with the password change.

then why isnt the password reset thing working? o.o like literally after i dcd. i couldnt log on. i have my pw saved on a flash and i copied and pasted. and it didnt work. i got blocked

You're sure when you logged in that it said that your password was wrong and that you weren't able to log in for another reason? I know when I lag out I either have to wait a minute because my account is "already logged in or under inspection," or something like that. So what I do is I delete my login ID from the box and spam some letters, delete that, then type in my info and that lets me log in. Although it's a bit late for you to do that D: Try logging in another account? It might be something messed up about your maple. Or keep trying to contact their customer serivce.

sometimes when you got d/c by a hacker, you cant just relog on game right away, for some reason the game dont understand that you are are kicked, and act as the char was still online what make you unable to log again. on this case just wait and soon you can log, prolly this happen and you changed your pass without need ><

I just reseted the password of one of my accounts through the "find password" option in the nexon website, but the game wont recognize it and keeps telling me it's a wrong one. Thanks god it's just a mule account and not my main. I think it's a nexon issue, another glitch or something going on with their website. I'd suggest not to change your pw atm.

something did change my acc. i didnt get a warning or anything. i kno that for sure.

the nexon pw they give you isnt copy and paste friendly. i can play the game with the pw but im blocked from changing pw for now. but i find that weird that when i dc my PW doesn't work right when the hacker said something to me.

i dont know if hes still there. but go to ch 1 fm 4 in broa and see if hes still there. he noticed me because my comp wasnt laggin :[.

I doubt it has anything to do with the hacker. Just a coincidence. People think hackers can do everything god can do and more, when in reality, they can't.

It was patched. But who's to say another script kiddie didn't find some other way to bypass it?

and also it doesnt make sense. anyone who changes a pw and knows info would take things off your account. my emails were not changed. can you only send 2 pw resets aday? it doesnt make sense. my email isnt tampered with. nothing happend except my pw changed.
