I just eat a lot during lunch and dinner. Works good enough for me >_>

By the way, what if you brush before AND after breakfast? I chose before because sometimes I don't eat breakfast so I brush more often before, but I think you should've allowed for multiple choice.

I wasn't thinking about people brushing before and after breakfast , so that's why it's not up there. So, as I said, post here if you do both. Lol.

And I didn't try to make the choices equal, again :f6:. Lol. I paid as much thought to the wording of these choices as I did to the wording of the first random question. I could have easily have just done a yes/no/both/not one. But I don't really care for accuracy.

But since we kind of argued it out already, and I'm not really keen on repeating the same stuff, I'm letting the argument die.

both before and after. i also brush after lunch and after dinner; if didn't have time to brush after lunch will brush before dinner and after dinner.

the feeling of plaque gives me the creeps! if no chance to brush at all during the day, will try and rub the biofilm off with my tongue.

also, teeth get itchy. brushing makes it feel better, so i might randomly brush during the day if am alone... i am sure my classmates have walked in on me doing an assignment with a toothbrush in the mouth!

Before. I tend to not want to eat after I brush my teeth and I get sick from eating in the mornings.

Oh, that's rough! I haven't partaken in a morning shower since the summer. I always have to take one at night, because my brother is the god of the household in the morning, but only for another year and six weeks! =)

On the rare occasion I do have breakfast though, I brush my teeth before, not after.

Here's another question, does anyone brush after purely because otherwise their breakfast would taste like toothpaste? That's why I brushed after, when I used to eat breakfast.
