Is that the glitch where you finish For Philia the Fairy, and then you drop your Zenumist/Alcadno capes, the leaders tell you that you cannot get another cape cause you betrayed them or somewhat or was that a different glitch?

Just asking cause in JMS I dropped my capes post For Philia and I have the quests available, but unable to start them.

I found 2 red eggs from the pandas in mu lung while doing quests there, so it’s not only high levelled mobs that drop them.

So what's up with the Faust quest? Does that Reef ghost NPC just appear at random times during the time period the Cursed Forest is open? Or is he not appearing at all... What's the deal? Do I keep checking inside until he's there?
