My favorite thing on the internet. Shine

Disclaimer: If you are allergic to ridiculously cute and heartwarming things, the following is not for you. Stay as far away from this thread as you can. You have been warned.

 Step 1
 Step 2
 Step 3
 Step 4
 Step 5 (final step!)

I can't wait for Step 5! Yay step 5 is here! Glitter

edit: The original flash animations can be found on Newgrounds. I just figure the youtube tags make it easier.

Yes, yes it was. Cool

I think my favorite thing about the There She Is!! series is that its message is so... relevant in today's society. Even though I was tentative at first about the serious tone in Step 4 (when all the prior episodes were so lighthearted and carefree) I felt more drawn in to Doki and Nabi's story than ever, and I feel that the creator took a risk with the story that was well worth it.

And dangit, it's just so darn cute!

Aww D:

This is such a good story, can't believe I've never heard of it before. I thought the shift in tone in Step 4 was really well done, though. It was foreshadowed by the no-cat/bunny love signs displayed prominently in each of the previous steps. On that subject, I really love the sparse use of color and the simple, clean design. Apart from the blush on Nabi's cheeks, her ribbon, and the green scarf, the sign is almost the only other thing displayed in a bright color.

The music is awesome, too. I don't understand Japanese, but it works wonderfully with the videos. I can't wait for the next one, too Smile

It's actually korean, but it doesn't matter if you still can't understand it. XD

i suppose interracial/gay/marriages that arent between straight people or people that arent the same race is a political issue in that asian country. i thought the two tickets to paradise were suppose to be a happy ending but she left with only 1 ticket D:

I know, right? Glitter I was so excited to see Step 4 on the front page of Newgrounds a few days ago. It just came out this past week. Apparently Step 3 came out a couple months ago too, so the last two are pretty recent.

I've been a fan since I first saw Step 1 years ago, but when I saw Steps 3 and 4 I squealed with joy like a little schoolgirl.

YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY STEP 5!!!!!!! Heart

I don't know if it's just me PMSing (which is entirely possible) but step 5 made me cry. Not just a little teary-eyed, but full-blown bawwwwing and snot dripping and everything. Pretty hilarious.

Gogo watch now! Glitter

I wasn't going to watch it at first, because I thought it was too long. But I don't regret changing my mind about that.
