Picked up Dishonored and some of its DLC. So glad it was able to be at 66% off. Was sad when the Community Choice variant lost.

Also bought Dishonored and it's DLC. looks like an amazingly spooky game.

What do? Get Dishonored with the $10 steam cash i have now or find a way to get $20 more steam cash and get Metro: Last Light? I've heard they're both really amazing games Frown

Like you said, they are both really good games, but to be completely honest: I enjoyed Dishonored more than I did Metro: Last Light. That maybe just because it's more catered to what I like. Dishonored quickly became one of my top 5 games of last year.

Dust: AET. I bought it and I'm loving it.

This times like a million. Dust: AET, a game made almost entirely by one guy, has better visuals in many instances than Maplestory, which is produced by a huge corporation.

Dust is like $7.50 at the moment. I have it, and I've loved every second of it. Go buy it.

to be fair, MS was made over 10 years ago and was aimed at computers who couldn't run much(e.g world of warcraft)

Both games use sprite based graphics with no transparency/filtering, the GPU is pretty much irrelevant. The only real limit on MapleStory's graphics is how well the artists draw.

Picked up The Secret World and Mark of the Ninja.

I remember my coworker talking about how crazy Mark of the Ninja was back when it was released, so I thought I'd finally give it a try (provided I remember to play it), and I've been looking at The Secret World for a long time now; hoping it won't disappoint.

I personally recommend the Mark of the Ninja, its a really nifty Stealth game that i don't ever regret spending my money on it.

Bought Civ 5 Gold for €10 from the community deal (couldn't make my mind up when it was a flash sale). It involved tethering to my phone just so I could use iDeal (a Dutch payment system, which isn't supported by the app) because my home internet had been dead all day. It may also have been 3 AM. I'll probably wait before I get the Brave New World expansion at some later point.

Just voted on the Walking Dead, my wallet is already starting to hurt.

Why did Surgeon Simulator win the Community Vote...? All I see on the forums for that game is hatred towards it.

Also, Van Helsing is part of the next vote. I hope people vote for it.

Interesting...

I'll check it out this weekend.
