9% dex becomes 3% all stat on xenon?

If you scroll down to Xenon notes you would find this:

Xenon has 3 main stats (STR, DEX and LUK). If you wear 3% STR, it would be distributed evenly and become 1% STR, 1% DEX, and 1% LUK.

Is this total bullshit or does it actually work like that?

It's bullshit.

What if that number isn't divisible by 3? Ie. 4% LUK.

Good to know, wonder how it would work with non 3x % stat if it was true tho.

Anyway, this all sounds like bull. 3% STR is 3% STR, not 1% STR/1% DEX/1% LUK.

Not that I believe that claim, it's ridiculous on the face of it, but in the name of scientific accuracy:
Evidence would be showing that a Xenon wearing that weapon and nothing else really has his stats boosted as written on the weapon, and not redistributed.
