Unlimited shop scrolls and Xenon

So along with the upcoming Unlimited update will be a coin store that sells 9 all stats armor scrolls. Under normal circumstances these scrolls would be much better than chaosing for atk on Empress/RA armor, right? Secondly, the store will also sell 5 atk 5 all stats and 9 atk 3 all stats weapon scrolls. Would there be any circumstances where the 5 atk 5 all stats scroll would give more range than the 9 atk 3 all stats scroll?

For 2 all stat to beat 4 attack you'd have to have a fantasically high amount of attack already. I guess it is possible, but highly unlikely.

It should be completely impossible for 9 atk 3 all to be worse than 5 atk 5 all. Your attack would need to be more than double your main stat for this to be true.

And yes the 9 all armor scroll should be better than chaosing for most people. 9 all beats most if not all of the possible results from a single chaos scroll.

Well Xenon doesn't have a single main stat, so it's not as clear as for other classes. Anyone know the damage formula for Xenon?

I don't know about after the nerf changes though if it had any impact on the formula at all.
