Fire Emblem Awakening [SPOILERS INSIDE]
Just finished my dragonborn morgan. Gonna grind the crap out of it tonight. 6x+ defense monster with ignis is going to be pretty hard to deal with.

My final morgan;

 By herself

 Paired with Gerome S rank Wyv rider

350 damage with critical/ignis. Ridiculous.

Finished up;
Chrom
Gerome
MU
Gregor

Working on Nah now. Pretty much I'm limit breaking everything cus I'm finding limit breaker is more of an asset than most skills (giving characters base 50 luck so their partners can focus on classes that have specific class benefit bonus'). Strangely enough Nah's best asset for my MU (AversaNightSorc) would probably be dark knight, giving him another 7-9 more magic.

Well it's not exactly bad, really "speed" is the only "DO NOT NEGATIVE IT" although being so early I would change it as Ignis benefits off both and your avatar is 1/2 characters who can use it (minus spotpass).

It help if you listed if you were playing casual or classic as well. Just keep your units together, use the X/Y button to see the movement radius of the enemies and have them waste their offensive turn to come to you.

i probably would have had a better understanding of the stat choices if they told me what they all effected when i could choose ;( Are you saying i should restart?

I'm playing on Casual cos i'm new to this series and pineapple permadeath lol..

I would as Ignis is a very powerful skill and making strength a weak attribute kind of hurts it. If you want to do a mage, I suggest going Mag+/-Luk. You can manage with what you have though if you don't want too. Just try to look at the enemies movement range so you don't get swarmed. Frederick should barely be taking damage incase you wanna fall back on him.

At the final chapter now. Reclassed pretty much everyone because they got to level 15 promoted. Also, this game has the best DLC. Ever.

K, beat hard mode without losing anyone and all the children unlocked.

Not sure whether to start lunatic, make another file to grind out supports (because lol at starting over again every time to get S ranks otherwise) or start grinding the hard mode file in preperation for the tough DLCs.

Choices, choices choices!

Probably going to wait a few days before playing again either way.

I just started playing yesterday and I might need some tips? I'm playing on Hard with Perma Death.

So far I haven't lost anyone, although I'm only up to Chapter..4? The one directly after you get Kellum. I went through the trouble to get Donny to level 2 during his side-mission, so I have him too but...he's soooo weak. I get that he's meant to have amazing growth and probably a good 2nd class, but it feels like getting him to level 10 will be a drain on EXP my other units could have used.

Also be honest with me. Frederick is a huge crutch, right? I've purposely been not using him because he's so ridiculously strong. I feel like he just has to die or get severely nerfed in some way.

If you can get Donnel to level 10 (or 15 for his underdog skill), then use a second seal on him to get him to mercenary, he becomes a god. Screw your other units : Donnel is better than them. You should be using him for the entire game.

Frederick is a huge exp drain: On Normal/Hard I wouldn't use him. He starts off good, but his stat growths aren't any better than anyone elses, and he needs a ton of kills to get enough exp to level .

However, Lunatic/Lunatic+ are like previous games where it is virtually impossible to complete the early stages without using your prepromoted paladin.

Holy pomegranate it's like Chapter 5 is literally impossible what the hell.

If I rush to try and save Maribell and Rekin then someone dies.

If I ignore them then they get killed off in 2-3 turns.

I don't know what to do. I can't rush but I can't take it slowly either. UGgggggh.

Equip Lissa with a Resque staff. You should have gotten one from Paralogue/Side Story 1. After that you can take it easy, though there's still a ton of enemy reinforcements.

Press x/y, see the enemies movement range, pair ricken with maribelle, run downward. Next turn, run down more.

I managed it without rescue thanks to pairing my character with Lo. Firing magic off twice while in a fortress is amazing.

But now I found out I was wrong. It's side-story 2 that's impossible.
