That says Tempest Ring.

The name on it says "Tempest Ring" if that helps. And yes, there is magic attack on that (four lines down from LUK +6 if you were curious).

As everyone said, it's a tempest ring, you could buy them during the Tempest event. They are tradeable so you could still find some floating around.

i assume this is from a tempest shop of some sorts or is it hot time?

The line under that one explains you can only equip one.

Oh, wow. I had completely forgotten about this ring. And here I was, anxiously awaiting the Tempest shop just for Clean Slate scrolls.

It's a good thing I've been saving up Chaos Scrolls from Monster Park.

Perm-untradable, like Reverse/Timeless. The ring can't be SoK/PSok'd.

Tempest Shop is gone, but you can try to get one from Lux's(럭스 Shop at ch 1 FM Entrance for I believe 30 Stepping Stone Coins(징검다리 팡팡 코인 or whatever amount it costed in Tempest Shop. The only problem is, Lux's Shop randomizes per I'm not sure how long intervals. Either that, or you'd probably have to get one from FM.

I trawled through the data once and found a couple more pottable rings. I posted a thread about it but no one responded. Is the Tempest ring the only available 3rd tier pottable ring? I decided not to make the ark rings because of these upcoming rings.

I would also like to know if making Ark rings is still worth it.
I'm pretty sure there have already been pottable rings in KMS we haven't gotten; are there other rings we should(could?) be expecting?
