Aren't gearbox just full of surprises. I never bought the season pass. Not sure if I’ll just wait a long time and get all the DLC later for cheap.

Edit:

Last Echo

That Echo was pretty funny.

As for the DLC...I personally am not going to bother with any of them until they're on sale. The Steam Winter sale isn't too far away, I bet at least this DLC pack will be on sale with it.

So who's gotten 400 Stacks of Anarchy on a Mechromancer so far? I did...and it's crazy. Your shot radius is basically a half-sphere infront of you.

Took a screenshot of a shot in air with my Shotgun. Keep in mind that this shotgun has 10 bullets per shot...

The damage it could do up close should be amazing...

Edit: I bet hyperion weapons can't do much to control that spread, unless they have a insane clip. Also the Gun Mal the Human gives you should be fun to use with her (Even end game and i still use that insanely OP Gun)

The funny thing is that even up close I can have trouble hitting enemies. Varkids in particular, for sure. I've wasted entire clips shooting AROUND them at POINT BLANK. I'm not kidding at all. They would take up half the screen and I'd still miss. Really looking for a Shotgun with a ton of shards, so that I can increase my odds of actually hitting something. Maybe an SMG with great Fire Rate and Clip too, but I haven't seen a single one of those yet.

Honestly, I love the chaos that this character causes. It requires you to go up close, but it's also really easy to get your ass handed to you if you do. Deathtrap is a decent tank, though, but even so in large encounters it's a blast to play this character.

Combine that with the crap she says...it's quite the fun character. She's literally yelled at me (the player) for missing way too much, I'm not kidding. "PLAYER! WHAT...ARE...YOU...DOING?!" They did a great job with her.

If you are looking for a good SMG, I highly recommend the Lasceraux. It always spawns in a puddle in the Frostburn Canyons so it's an easy item to obtain as well. I've been using it in TVHM mode and I obliterate most enemies with it.

Hmm, I'll check it out, thanks.

I actually got a Shotgun from that quest where you kill the thing that took out Sir Hammerlock's Arm and Leg. It has the description "Octo means nine..." and it shoots in a square formation that's uneffected by accuracy negation for the most part. It seems to stay within the crosshair, which isn't true for a normal shotgun. That's what I've been using for a while now.

What about the Minecraft Shotgun, how does Anarchy impact on that?

I either haven't gotten that yet, or its stats were too low for me to consider using. If I see it, I will let you know.

I got an E-Tech Shotgun that lobs an electric ball that does AOE for everything near where it hits the ground (does multiple bounces). It's insanely useful, and Anarchy doesn't have a huge effect on it, at least when scoped. The worst is when it bounces back to me, though...I one-hit myself when I'm at like 250 stacks(Same reason I abandoned Launchers).

Anyone who gets the DLC: Is it worth the $10? Honestly I remember buying the DLC for the first game and finding it mostly a waste of money, except for General Knoxx.

Haven't got it, but it seems worthwhile since it adds the "Seraph" Currency and Tier for weapons.

Essentially the same was added in Ned's, at least in terms of the tier, and I never saw a single one.

As for the currency...I'll wait to see what it can actually buy me.

The new Seraph weapons apparently.

I've purchased the DLC earlier today, I was kind of disappointed to see only 3 achievements added....but the new enemies are awesome. And the quests and NPC's are hilariously awesome! Not to mention the new Sand Runner car....which is incredible. It's just a hoverboat, no big deal....So far, well worth the $10.

Do you get any extra skill points from quests? IIRC, the DLC in BL1 gave skill points to make up for not increasing the level cap (Of course until Knoxx).

I'm personally waiting until a steam sale, holidays are coming up, itll probably be like a dollar in a month.

I feel the distinct inability to max/invest heavily into two trees compared to BL1. I know it's to encourage "build diversity" but I am ever so tempted to max every skill with a hack. I've only gotten to like level 25 or something since my friend and I don't play that often, but it's very discouraging knowing how far away those epic skills are, and how much junk I have to put points into to get there. I'm specifically talking about Axton's Survival tree, and how I want to build around Pressure while going towards Gemini, but Preparation is counter-intuitive to that despite being directly above it, Last Ditch Effort sounds stupid, Forbearance doesn't sound too useful, but I haven't been statused very much yet, and Grit is also counter towards what Pressure does.
