Sigh no. I've gotten a bunch of weird offers that I haven't been able to accept yet. If anything I'd prefer doing clinical assessment than R&D. I just don't have that type of spark tbqh. A classmate got a nice 50k job at Merck after graduating. Pay is great except they had him do Western Blots 24|7. Poor shmuck was miserable. Alas such is work. Also R&D in Pharma has been getting smaller and smaller with company mergers. It simply isn't the Golden Age of Pharma anymore and most of the stable profit that can be raked in doesn't come from innovation as it does in capitalizing on generics. At least that's the reason I'd like to tell myself when I see Teva Pharmaceuticals on the stock market.
