Courage the Cowardly Dog still comes on & they're still making Billy & Mandy mini-movies.

And someone needs to learn their shows!
Angela Anaconda wasn't on Cartoon Network. It was on ABC Family when it was called "Fox Family."

It was on Cartoon Network UK. Frown We don't have ABC Family or any of those networks. Rolleyes

And where are these mini-movies?!

You forgot to add this one:

Total Drama Island: (WTP is up with the censorship?)

FYI: Certain words (suck, anything that sounds too close to the f-word, certain other possibly offensive jokes) were censored on in CN's run of TDI. In addition to those words above, two particular censored jokes come to mind; both the incident where Lindsay thought communal bathrooms were Catholic and the incident where Lindsay said that she should get an eating disorder or get her boobs done were censored, and I still don't know why. :f6:

However, at the same time, some of the more provocative themes (the pixelated nudity, toilet humor) weren't messed around with at all. Talk about double standards here. Tongue

For a modern cartoon TDI is decent i'd say, its pretty risque. I know they censored the words "boobs" with chest and testicles with "Meatballs" (you have to hear it in context to understand xD) But yeah, CN doesnt like taking risks I guess.

I agree cartoon network shows = fail now (cept pokemon, but even that sucks, just not as much as others =P)

Forgot : CAPTAIN PLANET!!!!!

I still get the old Looney Tunes, old Woody Woodpecker, old Tom & Jerry, Pink Panther; mostly on weekends. Also Dexter's Lab, Dragonball, Samurai Jack, Batman (the new one) and Powerpuff Girls.

The other things I don't watch, because they're on too early or I don't care for them.

Dexter's Lab, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Powerpuff girls.
Those are like, some of the most prominent shows in my childhood.
Lol.

I would also like to add to the above statement that I don't recall seeing words like the above being censored out on 6Teen, which happens to be made by the same people that made TDI. (Fresh TV Inc.) And I think the toilet humor on 6Teen is even more risque than TDI's. I think all three main girls (Nikki, Jen, and Caitlin) in 6Teen were shown using the toilet, while Lindsay was the only girl on TDI to have be shown using the toilet. Go go multiple double standards! Tongue

I'll give Foster's and Billy & Mandy some credit for being the most recent CN shows I've enjoyed.

But OP's got a nice picture of all the crack/meth fountains of my youth.Pineapple

Yea, 6teen and TDI are from same people but 6teen has a lot less censored stuff on it.

They're probably seeing how far they can go with it i guess. They do have to put that PG rating before it airs and coming back from commercials.

I pretty much liked most of the shows stated here... till I turned 12. I used to try to catch every episode of pokemon, until about two months ago when the competitiveness ate me. All the episodes are nearly the same now. Layout plan of episodes:

1: It shows where they are and whats going on.

2: They make friends with some random idiots.

3: Team rocket attacks.

4: TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF FOR THE 999999999999th time!!!!!!! What a big surprise!

5: People saying bye with a sunset in the background.

And Naruto(english) has dropped in awesomeness in a record amount of time! Ill divide it into categories:

Everything before chunin exams: Pretty good, most people took one brief look at it and decided it was lame by now.

Chunin exams and a tiny bit after: Niiiiice... the epicness is rising quickly!

Sasuke makes a break for it: FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Naruto attempting to look for Sasuke: Seriously, why is he even trying? *kicks Naruto for attempting to make sasuke be a good-boy* But never the less, good.

Random missions and junk: Er... does this somehow have something to do with the storyline? *spits on naruto's face* (emphasis on un-capital n here!)

Movies:

Ninja Clash in the land of snow: I liked this. It was cool. WHOOSH!

Stone Of Gelel: Pure Epic, but we dont want to see you running through fields with sasuke, THAT NEVER HAPPENED NOOB!!!!!! GTFO!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd one: I have not yet seen this. I plan on seeing it on youtube or trying to catch it airing again (freaking impossible, CN is too stubborn to show it again!) My friend tells me its good though.

Except for Foster's (gets a passing grade) and Billy and Mandy. I agree.

I actually watch Bakugan, because its SO BAD, its GOOD.

You're going to need A LOT more than a moment of silence for cartoon network.
