The only reason I'm not mistaken for someone significantly younger is my hair; it's impossible for a male to have feasibly grown hair this long and not be over 18, even if they started growing it a decade beforehand. Which, now that I think of it, it has been growing for 13 years without anything more than trims so it doesn't look crappy.

You'll learn to cherish this, when we're all old and you're the only one looking young.
