Anyway, it's sad to see Nexon banning people not glitching, if they are. They can have (!?!?!) be banned for hacking though, so it's not impossible that they have been banned for something else.

I think Sinnuendo meant leeching off a mage spamming ults, not leeching off BF.

I gained 10 levels on my BM since CWK came out (partying at Crimson Guardians with my DrK husband), I've only helped him kill Bigfoot maybe three times to get our toes for the quest and I've been banned for 7 days.

Heck, some of the players temp banned could have been partying afk players in the past few months resulting in a ban.

From the no. of users noted on this list, this is just a minor sample of the ban that occurred(as in, these players were exploiting this bug heavily).

Send in an email, note what you did/didn't do.
Should clear up any issues you have.

I've visited CWK and trained at Baby Typhons during my own 2x card time and leveled from 14x to 152, I believe during the time that CWK came out. Thought I've never seen Big Foot, I did level with a 2x card and such. I didn't get banned. :f6:

This is ridiculous. The only person I`ve ever trained with was with my bishop husband. Sorry for making use of my 2x card. I`ve never even SEEN bigfoot. So what the hell.

And can someone tell me how the hell they`re determining the length of bans? At first, mine says September 7th or 8th, like a few people I know of. Then when I checked again, it says October 5th, 2008. If they`re gonna punish people for leeching, at least tell us in advance or warn us first. They never mentioned anything about leeching. Why even have a party-mode in this game. Why give mages the ability to AoE, knowing people would take advantage and make use of it.[/COLOR]

i know for a fact my friend that was banned for a month didn't glitch bigfoot. you can't even glitch it on a bishop so don't say that crap. i know she didn't help anyone glitch one either. nexon assumed whoever leveled a lot since cwk came out abused bigfoot and just banned them. it's crap.

I leveled alot and I wasn't banned with the other top 25 of Yellonde. I played by the rules, therefore I'm not banned.

You played by the rules, and so did those who were wrongfully banned. Don`t accuse people of acting innocent when you don`t even know their side of the story.

The bans were not for "no apparent reason." Certainly not in Yellonde.

The reason there's a small number of bans in Yollande is because only a few people could f/p or hermit the thing like that before it got patched. HOWEVER, the 25 bans in question affected many of the "top" players. I was #60, I moved up to #33 after the glitchers were banned. That's why their punishment will be more severe than in other servers. If Nexon let these people stay on ranks, it would destroy one of their servers. stfu organized last night's Zrun. iTowelie, who went on last night's Zrun, (the first in Yollande,) told me that stfu's rules for the run were that anyone who glitched less than 15 levels was legit, and iTowelie also told me that to his knowledge no one was excluded for glitching. stfu was one of the people banned for glitching. I admit I got this knowledge from iTowelie and not from stfu himself; but iTowelie is #5 in Yollande at lvl 132, still on ranks, etc. I don't see why he would lie to me over this matter.

In other words, these bans have largely cleaned up Yollande's tainted ranks, and have probably allowed the legits to run with legits only; whereas the legit community had before that largely reconciled itself that the glitchers were there to stay, and they would have Zaked and HTed with them. I was seriously considering leaving Yollande over this matter, because I don't do that pumpernickel.

no but i know for a fact she didn't glitch it. just another innocent bystander in one of nexon's retarded bannings. banning people for getting too much exp or some crap. why bother selling 2x cards and holding 2x events if they're going to do that?

Whatever it is, if you got banned, something happened.
Before you go crying and open a ticket...Try to remember if you have done something or even given out/shared account with someone else.
Nexon may fail plenty but they are still impartial..Think! Why would they want to hurt their own business by banning randomly?
Of course, if it is another ban glitch...I'm sure we will hear about it soon enough.

This is really an outrage. I was banned for 30 days just for being an FP mage where people who actually abused Bigfoot after Nexon said it was a glitch didn't get banned or just for like 1-3 days.

Nexon is really messing with FP mages too much.
