Here's what we have so far, where Exp(%)=f(x), and x is the level.
There are two ranges of exception:
The ranges of exception overrides the first table.
There are a few more data points we need for confirmation. In the range of exception, we need someone to confirm that Lv. 34 gives 2487 exp and that Lv. 69 and 74 gives 35935 exp. We also need points from the range 1-9 (although it's essentially meaningless, it's necessary to be complete).
Finally, we're looking for the exact fractions Nexon typed into the program. Although this is a bit anal, the decimals look suspicious and it's unlikely that Nexon typed in such lengthy decimals. An exact fraction would be something similar to what's in the table for Lv. 19-30. It's made up of "easy" integers.
