Maple Leaf High exp modelling

32 bit floats have around 6 digit accuracy, it's quite likely the whole scheme is using floats. Normally Maple only uses whole-number percents, which means they can do *percent/100 in integer arithmetic, but these go to 3 decimal places.

It's possible the formula is for the exp, and the % relationship with exp tnl is coincidental. Well, not entirely coincidental since the RLH formula might be derived from the TNL formula (which is why they have plateaus at the same points), but you know what I mean.
