This is not overmoderation - this is actually prevention of moderation. It's in the same vein as the elimination of the necroposting rule and Minority report. It prevents moderation, so how is it overmoderating?

Ridiculous rule - This is not a rule. The Rules & Regulations were not changed. Making a thread moderated does not give you more rights or prevent others.

So, this is neither a new rule nor overmoderation. I fail to see your point.
