I definitely see their improvement over the last few months, but the main reason I don't play anymore is not even their service anymore (even if that's part of the reason I stopped). I just lost interest in a game where you don't have a lot of things to do at level 150+ and you have no way to go up in power without spending NX.
Other games have me hooked for now.
