The ticket service has improved dramatically: typically needed 3 months - 1 year to answer a ticket, nowadays it takes a week at most... and some of the time the response is within hours.
BillingPP is still utter crap and currently fuels my hatred for Nexon atm... the fact that you can get Billing banned for no reason, at any time, and they won't tell you exactly what you did, it makes me feel insecure about keeping all my wealth on one account. As if hackers weren't scary enough, Nexon could take it upon themselves to completely shred everything to your name and you'll pretty much have nothing in the end. And yes, this has happened... numerous times... just think MTSnowy as a high profile case. In this case, you're guilty until proven innocent, but the verdict has been decided before you can or be allowed to contest.
The community forums are a lot more lively than they used to be, with the staff actually posting a fair amount every day including weekends when they're supposedly not working.
In game, I think everyone would love more GM presence but idk why NexonAM is so reluctant to do so. I think they asked the GMs "can you guys ban the botters that advertise Meso selling websites in FM and popular hangout areas?" and they said something like "we can't/don't have the ability": that kind of answer is like Nexon admitting that they condone the ad bots (not that they support them, but they allow them to advertise <_<). I'd rather see a sea of blue text with "jfkdjs" and "iilillliiiil" "HAS BEEN BANNED FOR HACKING/VIOLATING ToS" than a sea of cyan with insecure stuck-ups showing off their duped+cubed gear.
I'm liking the bug reports and anticipating seeing more resolved issues but then again, according to that beach party comment, they say they receive more bugs than fixes with every patch. It seems hopeless... <_<. As long as they acknowledge the bugs, I'd see them doing better in this area... even if they never fix them. One thing I hated about "old-Nexon" is that they were always so quiet and just sorta pretended everything was alright. We see new exploits and the game being run into the ground... and look! A new update! About Royal Hair coupons! And new expiring clothes! I know that the notices are automated/planned beforehand, but you can't help but rage at how unfitting it is to see those kinds of announcements.

Overall, their communication with the community is improving but it could be a lot better. ATM they're on a steady upward/positive path and I'll give them that; nothing to really complain about positive trends. However, I'm just fearing the time when it just stagnates and/or starts going back down. The latest news article seems to show that Nexon wants to improve their NA games... so, again, we'll see...
