Well, either they're Nexon being Nexon and just considering it unnecessary to let us know it's at 7am* as usual (?),
or they're Nexon being Nexon and waiting 'til the last minute to tell us they're not quite ready and the merge has been postponed another day or three.

*To those who said "tonight" - the wording of the announcement seems to indicate the maintenance will end on the 11th. If it starts tonight it will end on the 12th.
