Personally I don't think they were even that bad, but if you think you can get used to the controls Kid Icarus: Uprising is an awesome title, and the multiplayer mode is pretty fun too. I loved Ocarina of Time 3D, and it's a great pick up especially if you haven't played Master Quest before, but even if you have its still a good buy to pick up and play through. If you're interested in 3rd party titles Resident Evil: Revelations is a great game, and Dead or Alive: Dimensions is a pretty solid fighter. If you like JRPGs then Devil Survivor Overclock is a pretty cool title, and if you haven't already played the PS2 version Tales of the Abyss 3D is good game too. That's about all the titles I can think of from the top of my head right now.
