I'm already using the Korean codepage, but I don't think the syslocale is relevant. It keeps saying it "didn't load a DLL the correct way". Dependency walker gives me the name of the DLL, but it causes the program to crash when I use it. I tried to open the cab files included with the installer, but I can't find anything that will open it (I've tried like 3 programs).
