That's what everyone is talking about. Kind of funny that that's being discussed more than the Wii U Gamepad.

First was Xbox, left up, right down.
Then Playstation, both down.
And Nintendo makes it both Up.
Besides, the +-controlls look nothing like the Xbox', it's just a form-matter. And even that looks different.
