6. potential status [Ignore 51 damage at a 30% rate] mean ? will boss caste 1/1 will drop the hp till 1 ? or the [Ignore 51 damage at a 30% rate] will let the hp more than 1 ?
mean it same achilles ? [but not so much dmg taken % have,mayb around few %]?
