2. Don't think Mercs have party skills
3. Demonslayers have that one buff that gives lifesteal to the party I believe
4. Amplifier damage, heal bot gives HP heal, accelerator bot lowers defense and raises mob speed.
5. Assuming 4th job boss battle: Hyper body, combat orders, holy symbol, [all damage increasing skills here]
6. the 51 damage at 30% rate thing is useless. get rid of it. It basically means you do an extra 51 damage points at a 30% chance, which is not only terrible damage, but also rare.
