KMST 1.2.430 - More Hardcore Cooldowns

@Satellite Is it really cooldown on normal skills o.o
However this may seem like a guess.. but maybe this has nothing to do with PVP but with a:
1: new area like monsterpark
2: A entirely new game mode were you can switch to? This being hardcore and thus having cooldown. Just a theory but maaaybe... :|

If it however has to do with PVP I hope they revamp it as thus that it is good playable and more balanced =)

These are new potions that give PVP attack, so it's pretty obvious they're going to do something about PVP, not to mention the new UI that was added in the last patch (inside a UIPVP folder)
