The top 2 currently have 1500 users on at all times throughout the week, but I'm going to go with they went by the number of character registered, which a lot of pservers now reflect.

Ey I cant be asked to read all that right now. I feel like it have no barring on the decision whether they showed up or not, besides dramatically lowering the penalty, which is more on copyright infringement. I'm assuming here but I don't think they had a real argument to fight nexon with anyway.
