Default judgement of $3.6 million awarded to Nexon in the case against pserver

I'm glad that the judge hassled them as if to say "this isn't an acceptable precedent to be setting."

Looking to claim outrageous sums isn't greedy, it's how lawsuits work. It's called a deterrent. The reality of this is that Nexon would've won regardless but the idiots who were being sued could've lessened the damage to themselves and future cases a lot just by showing up. They pineappleed up big time, and they're going to end up paying for it.

I would've gone just to shine a spotlight on the way Nexon runs their business. Explain why these private servers exist and are so popular.
