Ok I like most of your Idea's but you need to back away from the party play. For me party play kinda kills maple for me because it brings the boring bossing structure to training. I think with normal mobs they need to further increase the mob count depending on number of charaters in the map to let there be enough mobs to support the amount of players. It can be capped at 6 though. (all maps increase number of mobs by number of players but its by about the same number that LHC increases by. So its pretty hard to notice any difference.)
But yeah. I really like have different party members have different party bonuses because some classes dont effect others by having them in the party.
