Exactly what in their past years has ever given any indication Nexon even crests the event horizon of being a "good" company?
I don't think they can even see "good" from where they're positioned.
Incidentally your math is wrong on the more money thing too. Or rather you've missed the base part.
As long as the majority are happy or oblivious it's not in their best interest to spend money to make them more happy, just to keep them happy enough that they continue paying. They pander to the lowest common denominator because it's the biggest bang for their buck, at the expense of long term satisfaction and growth.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.
