I think that the attack won't have hurt Tsunade. I don't see what the point would be of "I HAVE THE GREATEST HEALING SKILLS EVER" speech if she didn't even heal a wound in the fight.

Well she clearly has the capability to heal wounds, but idk how easy it is for her to heal herself when a tree just went through her abdomen.

Derp, just read the chapter again, it's not a tree. Looks more like a sword held by Susanno now. Yep, she just got wrecked.

as long as the crystal is activated, Tsunade can't die, as her cells regenerate quickly enough to seal up all wounds.

I doubt she will die right away, but considering how powerful Madara is, even her crystal can't withstand his attacks forever.
