Auto refresh period is a no no, and it might not have been you that was the chief abuser, but enough sites were doing the same thing for some idiotic reason or other to make this a necessary change.

If you're the only one using it, why not just use the site itself? :f6:
How hard is it to have my window up, instead of your window up, if they're both going to the exact same place and doing approximately the same thing.
Not like every browser in the known universe doesn't have an auto refresh option either built in, or available via extension at this point, and those oddly enough are considered legit.

I like to code, and it was kick ass!
Some other guy made one for an .exe, (which btw wasn't used often either) and I had a little competition with him, telling him, that I could have a better one, in JS.

And it was. Also if I auto-refreshed in the browser, wouldn't that have the same effect?
