Well, since you brought that up, I like how both in your Japanese dub and this dub here, there's a bit of faith to the original voices. Spongebob's voice in Japanese isn't terribly far off, Mr. Krabs isn't half bad too; in Spanish, the Spongebob voice isn't exactly faithful but he nails some of the English voice actor's other aspects like when Spongebob pants in this scene, and this here Squidward is actually pretty good.
