Question: Is the downloadable content button still supposed to be greyed out?

Do I have to restart the game to be able to use the costume/genji bow that I already downloaded from the market place?

I don't understand what Alyssa did. I'm at 150 fragments and several endings, hoping something would pop up but I haven't seen anything yet. Was that another AI? Is she supposed to have died on the trip to 500 AF?

Also, is the ending that you get for beating Caius in Valhalla the canon ending? Where Serah dies, I mean. None of the paradox endings count, obviously, and I see no means of getting a better ending so... seriously?
