BattleshipCannon Vs Demolition

since the function for hp of battleship goes something like

2000a + 5000b

a = levels passed 120
b = level of battleship

since battleship maxes at lvl 10, you can max it at 124. that gives 2000(4) + 5000(10) = 58000 hp at 124 with maxed battleship

Isn't there a base HP that a battleship starts out with that also adds into the equation? and the other thread said it was 4k hp per point in battleship (ask a pirate thread).
