It's not intended to work. You're supposed to only be able to wear one Evolving Ring III, of any level and tradeability.
It probably will work for a bit, since Nexon are prone to repeat mistakes, but then they'll fix it. They may or may not force unequip if you have such a setup on you when the maintenance hits (with ring II they didn't). It is extremely unlikely that they will ban anyone for abusing the glitch.
