was there a scroll better than 20%'s?

They take up more slots than one though.

can you explain how they work?

also, i think it was some sort of event scroll (like our 20%'s) with like 5 or 15% success rate, that added 8 attack or something like that. i just don't want to go digging in the extrasctions of the past few months.
