%boss dmg not working?

Some observations on sand rats, I don't know all the skills I need to take into account (unsure which affect range directly)

This is the first hit with Demon Slash (100%) with no % anything gear on, just natural Demon Slayer stuff at level 84.

First, with that level 10 mace scepter you get.
2088~2984
min hit: 3841
max hit: 5460

Then with my HJ.
3818~5455
observed 1st hit
7019-10009

I didn't get a pic of the exact min, oh well.

Sand rats have 10% PDR, my DS has 2% ignore def (ambition). This is slightly more than 200% damage... not 220% as the skill kinda implies.

I have level 1 ItoI, so there may be an extra 1% damage there causing that max hit. But it would have to be activating without status effects, cause I was just using regular attacks.

I recall having calculated 3rd job Demon Slash to be not what it was advertised (lower), but I don't recall what exactly it was.
