%boss dmg not working?

Friend has 70% boss force shield (weapon just has total damage on it)

We went to dodo when he cubed it. The guards took about 400k from demon impact. Dodo took like 900k.

It works (The other extra damage is from demon impact + ignore def itself, but honestly without that 70%, it shouldn't be hitting anywhere close to that)
