2) can you DL it and play if you live in the USA
Not sure. I have many friends that cannot play since they're not on Brasil,but,they can with Hotspot Shield(i think)o.o'.
3) how long has it been out
hm..about 3~~4 months
4) What major towns are out
The only available places are: Aquarium,El Nath,Orbis,Ludibrium,All victoria and Maple Island cities.
