Both could have been taken from that, and both make sense in varying degrees.
But, to answer your question, I don't try for them, honestly.
In retrospect for a lot of them, I wonder what the hell I was thinking, if anything.
There are some that I really disagree with, and I appeal those.
However, I haven't had a single infraction appeal looked at by Mira yet, due to work and illness on her part.
If infractions were fun for me, I'd have gotten a lot more over the course of the last 7 or 8 months.

and you're not being fun while doing so, which brings me back to my point, what is it that you're even trying to achieve?
