Try resting the computer, sometimes when MS is giving me weird issues I just turn off/on my computer and it fixes things.
Also there is another method to log in from that point.
Just click "View All Characters"
Con side about that is random channel, so I don't recommend logging off in FM since you can log in in CH1 FM.[/COLOR]
GameLauncher gives a weird message when I tried it, clicking "View All Characters" just makes the client close.
