I got a response to a ticket I sent in back in October when I was hacked, seems promising...

We are very sorry to hear that your account has been compromised. Let me first apologize for the delay in response, but we are still in the process of investigating your issue. I understand that this must be frustrating for you, but rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. We hope to have a resolution for you early in 2012.
This ticket will be left open throughout this process. If you have any additional questions or concerns you may add comments to this ticket, and we will provide updates as they become available.
In the meantime, we would like to show our appreciation for your patience with a gift of 5,000 NX credited to your account. This NX can be used in any of our games and will be available in your account in the next seven to 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Lead GM Talia
Nexon America, Inc."
Has anyone else who was hacked, but didn't get the first round of compensation, get any message along these lines?
