Would maxing Snipe early be a mistake?

Only 18 Boost? Max that skill. Or at least to 27 for the 90% mastery.
I know you said you only boss, but regardless of your Snipe level, you're going to use Strafe a hell of a lot more.

Also, maxing Snipe is good with or without the raised damage cap. Pierce is just lulz.
