You get the level 30 one automatically in your inventory when you make the job advancement (not sure what happens if your inventory is full)
the level 70 Medal isn't glitched. I thought it was at first since the level 10 and level 30 medals are given automatically, you have to speak to the great spirit in Mercedes' room (where you advanced to second job)
