Changing e-mail through fax form - does it still work?

Thanks! At least I know that it works now. Glad they helped you so quickly, it's been 3 days for me now since I've sent it and I haven't received any message from them yet. Wonder if they even received it since I sent it with some online fax site. Wouldn't know where to find an actual fax system around here, no one uses them. Maybe I should try sending it again but it does say it can take up to 2 weeks. Just weird that yours is changed within a few hours. :p


Edit: Did they ask you for any additional info in the ticket or did they only give you the form to fax? Cause I remember them asking some things (birthday, secret questions, registered name) before I got the form 7-8 months ago. Not sure if they still need that additional info now.
