With all of the critical skills for Buccs:
Without dice:
* Rate = 5% (Base) + 20% (Basic Crit) + 15% (Crit Rage) = 40%
* Min = 20% (Base) + 10% (Basic Crit) + 20% (Crit Rage) = 50%
* Max = 50% (Base) = 50%
So buccs will always be hitting the "maximum" crit (unless you have SE ofc).
If you add in a stunned monster, we're looking at 100% crit rate without Dice/SE/Rings/Potions/Potentials.
On bosses, it's a 60% crit rate.
Quite the critical hit junkies now.
So with a 40/60/100% chance to do +50% or more damage, and a 40% chance to ignore 100% of defense, it looks like Nexon wanted to make Buccs the class that can deliver random, strong blows.
