I didn't know where to post so move if needed.
....Well, it all started when my community had a Fall Festival. My mom was helping them set up tents and etc. when, out of pure boredem, I decided to go in a Moon Bounce set up (I know I'm a bit to old to be inside but whatever) I started doing Summersalts , then next thing I notice I fell on my back.
....The next day I started to complain about the back of my legs hurting like pineapple. Then on last Tuesday, I couldn't even get out of bed; the pain increased a multitude. Turns out I have something called Sciatica, when the Sciatic Nerve gets all crimpled up and makes one barely able to move.
....The only treatment [I could find] is 2 weeks of bed-rest, which of I don't have; I don't like to miss much school. The main point of this thread is to see if anyone else has expirenced this/has any tips.

....I spend most of my day yesterday at the ER. I was just about to get out of my computer chair when I noticed I barely could move my leg without causing pain, though I kept trying. Finally I was able to get up but then fell straight to the floor almost bursting into tears. My mom heard and came down, called 911, and next thing I know, I`m in an ambulance. They later dropped me off in a wheel chair in the waiting room. Several hours (It was only about 2 but felt like 7) later, they called me into a room. A few doctors came in and just checked what hurt. About 1 hour later, They took X-Rays of my right hip, which turned out to show no proof if I fractured a disc or what not since my Growth Plats where in the area. A bit later I was taking a C(a)T scan which proved to fractured discs but did prove I had Sciatica. They again did say bed rest, Crutches and Ibuprofen until the pain resolved. So far I`m still learning about walking with Crutches and being careful how I walk. Also my doctor said that the fifth day from the most pain will be the worst of all.
