Since you want to equip NEW, Hat, Overall, Shoes, Gloves, Weapon, Cape <- 6 items, unequip what you currently have that are of those listed, and equip what you can (cape, gloves, shoes, etc) Then look at your stats window and see how much dex you have and compare that to the 160 requirement.
